Q. What makes your custom framing different from other options online?
A. The biggest difference is that we’re not selling mass-produced frames or basic framed prints. Each piece is custom-framed to your design or ours, using higher-quality materials, and designed as a complete presentation piece, not just a holder for the artwork.
That means:
- We use premium wood frames, not thin stock frames
- Our pieces include double matting (with optional suede for a more elevated look)
- We frame with real glass (not acrylic) for better clarity and a more refined finish
- Everything is hand-assembled, not factory-made
- Each design is created with proper proportions and visual balance in mind
- Your artwork arrives fully finished and ready to hang
A lot of lower-priced options you see online are:
- Pre-made frames
- Basic materials
- Acrylic (plastic) instead of glass
- Minimal or no matting
- Built for quick production—not long-term display
With us, you’re getting more than a framed print—you’re getting a professionally designed and assembled presentation that’s meant to elevate your space, whether it’s your home, office, or a meaningful gift.
If you’re looking for the cheapest option, we may not be the best fit. But if you want something that feels intentional, polished, and built to last, that’s exactly what we focus on.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover Card, and PayPal. We also offer “Pay Later” plans with Klarna and Affirm. Payment information will appear on your statement as B-Art Visions.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. All sales are final. Inspect your purchase immediately for damage. All items are inspected before packaging and shipping. If you find damage, please file a claim by contacting us within 3 days for instructions on returning the item. Custom framing is just that. It isn’t easy to resell merchandise custom-framed to another customer’s specifications—no returns on custom-framed items.

Q. Can you add my artwork to your site?
A. Yes, if you are a reputable, established, or inspiring artist with artwork of the African American theme. There is no guarantee that your artwork will be added. We review all submissions. We do not print artwork. If you have artwork available for sale, it must be readily available for shipping to us. We strive to have all orders shipped within 14 business days.
Q. What is the shipping policy?
A. Print orders are typically shipped within 2-7 business days of receiving the order. Please allow 14 business days for the delivery of framed art orders. All shipping companies have recently experienced shipping delays. B-Art Visions cannot control the delivery of an order once it has shipped. Multiple attempts by shipping companies to deliver can cause damage to the purchase. We ship with USPS and FedEx. Free shipping on orders of $300 or more. Free shipping for our Tennessee orders.
Due to the tremendous difficulty our customers have had receiving shipments, we no longer ship to APO/FPO or any other military addresses.
Q. How are orders packaged?
A. Art prints are shipped rolled in heavy-duty kraft tubes. Orders may arrive via USPS Priority or FedEx. Framed Art is triple bubble wrapped with corner protectors. We only ship FEDEX Insured on large frames and USPS Priority on smaller frames. All orders of $10 or more include tracking information.
